SalonU values your appointments, the time allotted for an appointment is reserved specifically for you to enjoy your services. We do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary. We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. However, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice to adjust or reschedule your appointments. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We ask that all new clients, and clients receiving large services provide a credit card number to reserve their booking. We will not charge your card and you do not have to pay with a charge, unless you cancel your appointment with out a 24- hour notice. Then you will be charged 50% of your service fee. If you do not call and do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service fee. We respect you as a valued client and hope to continually be of service to you.
